Does the County have a GIS Parcel Viewer?

Updated 01/10/2014

Yes. A Geographic Information System (GIS) parcel viewer that allows users to find properties by owner, house number, street name, parcel number or by browsing within the map and clicking on parcels of interest, is available. Enter as a guest to gain access to the site which is accessible from the website home page. Under Quick Links click on "GIS Parcel Viewer". Features include "Quick Search" parcel tools, printable or downloadable PDF maps, and quick access to a Property Tax Portal, Google Street View, a Lat/Lon coordinate locator, and other tools. Bing Aerials display rapidly and enable you to see a parcel boundary overlaying a property image, and three separate years of aerial photos are also available. Many other GIS layers may be found in the "Map Layers" tab, such as School Districts, Commission Districts, and floodplain areas. For those interested Plat Annotations, access the "Plat Annotations" folder within the Parcel Data folder to view Block Numbers, Lot Numbers, Plat Names and Distance. House number labels are available within the Parcel Data folder as well. Be sure to visit the "Help" section if using an interactive GIS map is new to you.
